Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant chain, Firehouse Subs Menu is specializes in submarine sandwiches. The company was founded in 1994 by two brothers, Chris and Robin Sorensen, who were both firefighters. They decided to name the chain after their former occupation and created a firehouse-themed restaurant that pays homage to firefighters and first responders.
